founder
Alvaro "Al" Diaz
Rooted in Family. Built on Integrity.
Wadsworth Financial is the culmination of a lifelong journey for its founder, Al Diaz.
Both native New Yorkers, Al and his wife, Yuli, set out to find the perfect town to plant their roots and raise a family. In 2013, they moved to West Orange, New Jersey, and today they proudly call Florham Park home.
Al is a proud father of three boys — Oliver, Harrison, and Alexander — and when he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him on the ball field coaching 9U travel baseball, at a travel soccer tournament, or in the press box announcing his son’s 3rd-grade football games.
Family, community, and purpose guide everything Al does — both at home and in his business.
Experience That Inspires Confidence
A first-generation American and second-generation accountant, Alvaro has spent more than 23 years in real estate development accounting, contributing to some of the country’s most notable development projects.
